We’ve gone over to the dark side!

Not quite perhaps, but today we have started serving Google adverts on the site. I hope this won’t bother any of you too much, but I do need to try and cover the costs of running the site. I’ll run the ads for a trial period to see how they perform, and if it doesn’t look like it’s worth it I’ll remove them and look for an alternative way to cover the running costs.
